An esoteric coffee blend made from the droppings of the civet cat is making coffee connoisseurs worldwide purr.
It seems, enzymes in the cats' stomach break down the proteins that can give more earthly coffee its bitter taste. It is also reported that once a cup is indulged, its flavorful essence lingers on the palate for quite a long time. Mmmmm.

And the coffee isn't even very good: it's the easy money coffee they sell to the coffee "tourists" who don't know any better than to think a funny story and a high price tag must therefore equal quality.
